Feminism — third wave

Third-wave feminism (roughly 1990s-2000s) embraced contradiction and complexity, rejecting the idea that there was one correct way to be a feminist and reclaiming tools of femininity and pleasure alongside critique. It centered the experiences of women of color and introduced intersectionality as essential to feminist analysis.
