The Legacy Audit Framework

A structured inquiry into what you're inheriting, what you're breaking, and what you're consciously choosing to pass forward.

Rabia
Why It Matters

This practical framework uses Rabia's clarity and devotion to create a comprehensive map of your intergenerational inheritance. The Legacy Audit asks three essential questions: What patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and strengths flow through your lineage? Which ones serve you and which ones cause suffering? What new legacies do you intentionally choose to create? Begin by examining concrete domains: communication styles, emotional regulation, money relationships, spiritual beliefs, trauma responses, resilience patterns, and values. Document what you received explicitly (family stories, teachings) and implicitly (absorbed behaviors, unspoken rules). Then assess each element with loving honesty: Does this serve life and wholeness, or does it perpetuate harm? The framework's power lies in the third step—conscious choice. You're not rejecting your inheritance wholesale; you're becoming curator of your legacy, keeping what's golden and transforming what's broken.
