Three of us launched a literary magazine together two years ago and we've never clearly defined our roles so we all just do everything and step on each other's toes constantly. One person always handles the money stuff, another always deals with difficult contributors, and I seem to do most of the actual editing but we pretend it's all equal and democratic and I don't know how to bring up that this isn't sustainable.
