When group therapy reveals different relationships with internal multiplicity

Our therapy group has been exploring the idea that we all have different 'parts' of ourselves, but I'm noticing that some people in the group seem to have much more integrated access to their different selves while others of us feel fragmented or disconnected. We're trying to figure out what healthy multiplicity looks like and whether we should be trying to integrate more or just accept the separateness.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The discovery that people have vastly different experiences of internal cohesion versus fragmentation can create both insight and comparison within groups exploring psychological multiplicity.
