When performance groups become too insular in their creative chemistry

Our improv group has been performing together for three years and we've developed such specific inside chemistry that we've stopped being present with audiences and started performing for each other and we can all feel how it's making the shows less alive but none of us wants to give up what makes us feel so connected.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The intimate creative bond that makes collaboration magical can become a closed circuit that excludes the very audience it's meant to serve.
