Our small press collective makes decisions by consensus but we've reached an impasse about our next anthology theme—half of us want something more commercially viable while the other half wants to stay true to our experimental roots. Every meeting becomes a rehash of the same fundamental disagreement about who we are and what we're trying to accomplish, and I'm worried we're going to tear apart what we've built over this decision.
