When community groups struggle to define collective resilience

Our neighborhood group formed to create more community resilience like we read about in stable societies, but after six months we're realizing that some of us want to focus on emergency preparedness while others are more interested in daily mutual support, and these different priorities are making it hard to move forward together.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A cohort inspired by civilizational models of community strength is discovering that shared goals require negotiating different understandings of what resilience actually means.
