When community projects become sources of conflict instead of connection

Our community garden started with such good intentions but it's become this battleground of different philosophies about organic methods, plot assignments, and decision-making. The people who've been there longest act like they own the place and the newer members feel shut out, and I'm worried we're going to lose our lease because we can't get our act together.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The gap between idealistic intentions and the messy reality of human group dynamics is threatening both the practical project and the relationships it was meant to nurture.
