When family volunteers disagree about microfinance practices

My daughter and I volunteer together at a local organization that facilitates microloans to refugee women, but we keep getting into arguments about whether the interest rates are exploitative or necessary for sustainability. She thinks I'm being naive about business realities, I think she's becoming cynical about social justice, and our disagreements are affecting our relationship outside of this work.
