How do I build a real campaign strategy instead of guessing?

Running on tactics and hope is exhausting because you are always busy and never sure anything is working. Tactics are the things you do — the posts, the ads, the emails. So before your next push, stop and write the answers to those questions in plain sentences. Goal, audience, message, and the handful of tactics that serve them. It will feel slow compared to just doing things, but it is the difference between motion and progress. Once the strategy is on paper, the tactics almost choose themselves — and you will finally know what you are actually trying to do.
