Can I trust Periagoge with the personal parts of my life?

Who can reach your data — and how it’s protected.

The boring, essential part, done properly rather than as an afterthought.

• Your records are isolated to your account.Row-level security keeps your data reachable only by you — not by other members, and not by an accidental query.
• Administrative access is restricted and MFA-protected.Administrative tools are restricted to authorized administrators and protected with additional authentication.
• Encrypted in transit and at rest.Your data is protected on the wire and in storage using the security controls provided by the infrastructure services Periagoge relies on.
• Password-breach protection.New passwords are checked against known breach corpuses, so you can’t unknowingly reuse a compromised one.

Independent security certification (such as SOC 2) is not yet completed. As we grow we’ll invest in independent audits and publish what we actually achieve, here on this page.

What the AI sees, and what it’s used for.

The distinction that matters: what Periagoge does with your data, versus what our providers do.

• Your conversations go to our AI provider to generate responses.When you talk with your coach, your messages are sent to Anthropic (the model behind your coach) to produce a reply. We don’t attach your account profile or direct account identifiers to that request — though, like any conversation, the text you share may itself include personal details.
• The model provider doesn’t train on your content.Under our commercial agreement, Anthropic does not use your inputs or outputs to train its models. This is the provider’s contractual commitment — described here so you know exactly who does what.
• What Periagoge itself learns from is de-identified.When we improve our own coaching, we learn from anonymized, aggregated patterns — the shape of what helps — never your words tied to your name.
• We never sell your data or use it for advertising.No ad networks, no data brokers, no behavioral advertising. Your growth is the product; your information isn’t.

Your data stays yours.

Real, current mechanisms — described as they actually work today.

• Request an export anytime.Ask us for a copy of your data and we’ll provide it in a portable format.
• Request deletion anytime.Ask us from your account settings or by email, and we act on your request in accordance with applicable law and its required timeframes. When we carry out an erasure, we remove or irreversibly anonymize your personal information across our active systems; copies in backups and with our third-party processors then expire under documented retention schedules (backups within 90 days). • We collect only what serves your growth.If a piece of data doesn’t help your coaching, we don’t want it.

We never see your card number.

Kept deliberately simple.

• Stripe handles payments.Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We receive only limited billing metadata — plan, status, the last four digits, billing country — never your full card number.
