You're the reason things just work, and just works is the hardest thing to build. The world runs on invisible good work like yours, done by people who rarely get thanked. You're in quietly excellent company. Since the outside applause is thin, build recognition you control. Keep a private record of the problems you solved, the confusion you erased, the flows you smoothed. Look at it when the ache gets loud. And find one or two peers who understand the craft; their that's a clean solve is worth more than a hundred users who never noticed because they never had to.
