How do I deal with a job that feels repetitive with no room to grow?

You have skill and freedom. That is not nothing. Many people would trade places with you for the steady hands and the trust you have earned. The ceiling is real, but it does not have to define you. You can grow sideways, not just up. Pick one new thing to learn this year, inside your field or next to it. You are not stuck. You are steady, and steady people have more choices than they think.
