How do I get my machine learning model out of a notebook and into production?

There is a real wall between a model that runs on your machine and one that runs in the world, and almost no one is taught how to climb it. In the notebook you control everything. In production, other systems, other people, and real traffic all touch your work. That is a different craft, not a failure of the one you already have. Start by shrinking the problem. Do not try to build the perfect pipeline. Get the simplest possible version of your model serving one real request, end to end, even if it is ugly. Once something works, however small, the wall becomes a set of steps instead of a cliff. Ask for help without shame. Someone near you has crossed this before, and an hour of their time will save you a week. Needing that guidance does not shrink what you built. It is how every skill you now have was learned in the first place.
