How do I get the most value out of an accelerator?
You have learned to get in and pull real value out, which most people never manage. That skill can quietly become its own trap, where chasing the next program replaces building the actual company. Notice whether the program is serving your work, or your work is serving the program. The value in these places is rarely the curriculum. It is the specific people, and the doors they can open when they believe in you. That means your job is not to attend everything. It is to find the three relationships worth deepening and give them your real attention. Before your next program or session, write the one outcome that would make it worth the time: one introduction, one answer, one commitment. Aim everything at that. Extract what matters, and let the rest go.
