How do I get the sales team to actually use what I build?

You can build good enablement now, and that is real skill. The wall you are hitting is adoption, and it is the wall almost every enablement person hits. You can make the best material in the world, and if the sellers do not use it, it may as well not exist. That gap between built and used is the actual job, and it is harder than the building. Adoption fails for a simple reason: reps use what makes their next call easier, and ignore what feels like extra work. If they are not adopting what you make, it is usually not because it is bad. It is because it does not obviously solve a problem they feel in the moment, or they were never brought along in creating it. So before you build the next thing, sit with a few reps and ask what actually slows them down. Build for that, and let them see their fingerprints on it. People adopt what they helped make and what plainly saves them effort. Solve their real problem, not the one you assume they have, and adoption stops being a fight.
