How do I recover from back-to-back hard support calls?
You handle most calls fine now, but the hard ones stacked back to back drain you faster than you can bounce back. That is not weakness. Difficult calls take real emotional energy, and when they come with no gap between them, you never get to refill. Anyone would run dry. The problem is often less the calls and more the lack of recovery. A hard call spends something in you, and you need even a small moment to reset before the next. Without that, the fatigue compounds until you are running on nothing. This is about pacing and recovery, not toughness. Build in micro-resets where you can. After a rough call, take three slow breaths, drop your shoulders, and let the last one go before you pick up the next. Ask for real breaks and take them fully. And remember a hard caller's anger is almost never about you. You are just the voice they reached. Protect your energy on purpose. You cannot pour endlessly without refilling the well.
