How do I stay true to my calling when I'm stuck managing programs?

You were called to teach and to form people in their faith, the slow, sacred work of walking with someone as they grow. Now you direct the program, managing volunteers and logistics, and the calling feels buried under scheduling and supply orders. That distance from the work you were made for aches. The program you keep running is what makes the formation possible at all. Every volunteer you support, every class that happens because you arranged the room, carries the teaching to people you will never personally reach. You are still forming souls, just through the hands of many now. That is a quieter calling, but it is still the calling. Do not let the administration swallow it whole. Keep teaching, even one class, even one small group. Stay close to the actual formation that called you here. The logistics will always ask for more; the calling will not fight for its own place on your calendar. You must guard it, because it is the reason all the rest exists.
