You can do the analysis now. Where you trip is the next step, turning what you found into change that actually happens. That is a real and common gap. Finding the problem is a thinking job. Improvement lands in what people do differently tomorrow, and people do not change because a report is correct. They change when the next step is small, clear, and obviously worth it.
