How do I write copy that actually makes someone take action?
You can describe a product, its features, its facts. But description tells, and action needs something more, it needs the reader to feel that this matters to their life, right now. The gap you are hitting is the gap between what a thing is and why anyone should care. That is the heart of the craft, and it is learnable. People do not act on features. They act on a want or a fear, a better morning, a problem gone, a worry answered. Your job is not to list what the product does but to show the reader the version of their life it makes possible, and to make that feel close enough to reach for. Take your product and, instead of its features, write down what changes in the buyer's day once they have it. Lead with that. Turn each feature into a small promise about their life. Move people by speaking to what they want, not by describing what you are selling.
