I'm juggling multiple gigs and burning out. Is it even worth it?
Running several gigs at once takes a kind of stamina most people never see. But stamina is not endless, and the fact that you are burning out is your body telling you the current pace cannot last. That is worth listening to before it forces the issue for you. The honest question underneath is whether all this effort actually adds up. So find out. Add up what you truly earn across every gig, then look at the hours and the wear it costs you. Some of those gigs are carrying you; some are quietly draining you while pretending to help. You cannot fix what you have not measured, and the measuring itself often brings relief. This week, track your real hourly pay for each gig, then plan to drop or shrink the worst one. A living is not built by doing everything. It is built by keeping what works and letting go of what only exhausts you.
