How do I prepare for a job interview?

Good interview prep isn't memorizing answers — it's understanding three things well: the company, the role, and your own story. Do the homework so you can be present in the room instead of scrambling. Research the company enough to know what they do, what they're facing, and why the role exists. Then get your own stories ready: three or four real examples of problems you solved or challenges you handled, because most questions are really asking 'show me a time when.' Practice saying them out loud until they're clear and not rambling. And prepare your own questions to ask them — good ones show you're serious and help you judge whether this is the right place. The day of, slow down. You're not there to be perfect; you're there to have an honest conversation about whether you fit. Prepared and calm beats slick and anxious every time.
