Should I fight change in my career or accept it?
You feel the ground moving and you're not sure whether to dig in or let go. That question splits the world in two, but the honest answer is usually both, in different places. Some things are worth defending. Others are already gone, and holding them just wears you out. So stop asking whether to fight or accept, and start sorting. What in your work is truly yours: your judgment, your care, the way you read people or problems? That stays, and it's worth investing in. What is just the old tool or the old method? That can change without taking you with it. You are not the tool. You are the one who uses it. Pick one new thing this month, small, that the shift is asking of you, and learn it. Not to prove anything. Just to remind yourself you still can. The ground moves for everyone. You get to decide where you plant your feet.
