What does a planner's judgment add when AI models the city?

The machine now models cities in ways you cannot fully see inside, and you are confronting what your judgment adds when the analysis has moved beyond your view. It is the human sense of what is worth doing at all. So let the model do the seeing it is good at, and hold tight to the deciding it cannot do.
