Who helps the person who helps everyone else rebuild?
You can look at a broken life and see exactly what it needs to be whole again. It is a rare gift. And quietly, underneath it, you wonder who does that for you. Who assesses your needs. Who helps you rebuild. That question deserves an honest answer. The people who are good at seeing others often go unseen themselves, partly because they are so capable that no one thinks to check. But needing help does not cancel your skill. The same eye you turn on your patients, you are allowed to turn on yourself. Do your own assessment this week. What do you need to reclaim your life, the way you help others reclaim theirs? Then tell one person one true thing about it. You spend your days making sure others are not alone in their struggle. You do not have to be alone in yours.
