Why do my past achievements feel empty now?

The wins you were once proud of, the titles, the projects, the milestones, feel hollow now, as if they belonged to someone chasing things you no longer value. You look back and are not sure what they were even for, and that uncertainty seems to empty them out in hindsight. That is a strange grief, mourning things you actually achieved. But look closer at what is really happening. The achievements have not lost their worth. You have changed what you value, and you are judging your old wins by your new measure, where of course they fall short. That is not a sign the past was wasted. It is a sign you have grown, that the person you are now wants different things than the person who earned them. Growth often makes the old summit look small. So let the past achievements be what they were, real efforts by an earlier version of you doing your best with what you knew then. You do not have to keep being proud of them, but you can stop holding them against yourself. The more useful question is forward. What would feel genuinely worth doing now? Answer that, and start there. The old wins were a chapter, not the whole book.
