Why does economic justice matter if I'm just trying to survive?

You're teaching the system that you don't believe you deserve better. And it believes you. Economic justice isn't a luxury for the comfortable. It's the floor beneath survival itself. A fair wage lets you rest sometimes. Fair terms on a loan mean you're not permanently behind. Access to honest information means you can make actual choices instead of just reactions. These things matter to your dignity, not separate from it. Start where you are: if you're underpaid, document it and talk to coworkers—alone you have no leverage. If you're in debt, understand the terms completely before signing anything. If you're offered an opportunity that seems too good, it probably is. Justice isn't something distant others fight for. It's the ground you stand on every day. Demand it in small moments, and you change what's possible.
