Sor Juana's vision extended beyond her own achievement to an imagined future where all women could study, think, and contribute. She understood her identity not as isolated accomplishment but as part of a larger human project. This concept suggests that authentic cisgender identity cannot rest on the diminishment of other genders. A man's identity formed through domination is impoverished; a woman's identity formed through self-limitation is incomplete. Collective flourishing becomes the foundation for individual integrity. This means working toward education access for all genders, challenging economic systems that exploit gendered labor, supporting the intellectual life of those historically excluded. It means recognizing that one's own cisgender identity is enriched by the full development of others' identities. The concept transforms gender identity from zero-sum competition into collaborative project. It asks: What kind of cisgender person do I want to become? And answering requires: What kind of world must we build together?
