Knowledge + Guidance

I can run any process in the fab. Why does no one see it?

You have run every process in this fab. You know what the machines will do before they do it. You built a career on being exact, reliable, invisible — and now you are asking what it was for. Here is the honest answer: the work was real. It did not need witnesses to matter. The error is not in doing invisible work. The error is believing invisible work is worthless because no one clapped for it. You did not do this alone, either. Someone trained you once. You trained others, whether you noticed or not. The knowledge sitting in your hands belongs to the people standing next to you now. Choose to hand it over before it leaves with you.

This is mostly an emotional reckoning with unseen work, not a gap in knowledge, so coaching leads and framing stays light.

What’s really going on

You kept the fab running and no one wrote your name on it. That is not a wound — that is the job. Stop waiting for applause that was never coming. Choose, now, to tell someone what you actually did and why it mattered. The record exists only if you make it.
