I spot every flaw — so why is my body breaking down?

You see what is wrong before others do. This is real. People depend on it. But somewhere along the way you decided the body has no vote. It does not get to be tired, or sore, or asked about. You have been spending it like it refills on its own. It does not refill on its own. Years of this work have a price, and the price is due whether you look at it or not. This was not an accident. It was a choice, made daily, to notice everything except what the work was costing you. You do not do this alone. Your team or partner has watched you carry this weight — some have praised your sharp eye without asking what it costs you to keep it sharp. That is worth naming out loud, together, not just to yourself. If the strain has gone on long enough that it worries you, say so to someone outside this work too, not only to the people depending on you.

The reader already understands the pattern intellectually; what's missing is the discipline to act on a boundary, so coaching carries most of the weight.

What’s really going on

Your sharp eye and your aching body are not the same problem. One is a skill. The other is a debt you have let run for years. You will not fix the debt by admiring the skill. Choose, today, one thing the body no longer has to pay for — and stop charging it.

A moveName one physical cost of this work out loud to your team this week — plainly, no excuse attached.
A moveSet a stop time for the fault-finding work today, and hold it even when something is unfinished.
A moveAsk your pod which piece of this burden they can take this month, and let them take it.
A moveTrade one hour of critique for one hour of rest today — not next week, today.
A moveTell one person outside your team how your body has been doing, before you tell them anything else.

What changes unlock by starting

  • You stop treating fatigue as proof of value and start treating it as information.
  • Your team begins sharing the critical work instead of leaving it all to you.
  • You hold a real stop time at least three days this week.
  • The people around you trust you more, not less, when you name a limit.
