Any time not spent working feels wasted to me — a slow afternoon, an unproductive evening, a lazy morning all carry a low guilt. I have lost the ability to value time that produces nothing, which means I can never fully rest in it.
Spend one hour this week doing something deliberately unproductive and let it be enough. Time that produces nothing is often where life actually happens.
