How to handle unequal dynamics in professional study groups

I'm part of a study group for the CFP exam and we've been meeting for six months, but two people in our group keep dominating every session talking about their existing practices while the rest of us are still trying to break into the industry, and I don't know how to address it without seeming ungrateful since they're clearly more experienced.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A learning group has developed an imbalance where some members' needs are being prioritized over others, but the power dynamics make it difficult to address directly.
