My accelerator cohort started with everyone being really open about their struggles but over the past few months we've all started presenting only our wins and I can feel us becoming more guarded with each other even though we're supposed to be learning together. We still meet regularly but the conversations have become much more surface-level and I miss the honesty we had at the beginning.
