When business partners develop unequal emotional labor without discussing it

My business partner and I started this company as equals but somewhere along the way I became the one who handles all the difficult conversations with clients and employees while they focus on the 'vision stuff' and I'm starting to resent it but I don't know how to bring it up without sounding like I'm attacking their contribution. We never explicitly agreed to this division of labor and I think they genuinely don't see how much emotional weight I'm carrying.
