My business partner and I started with a 50/50 split three years ago but I've been doing 70% of the work for the last year and we both know it but neither of us has brought it up because we're afraid it will destroy what we've built. We keep saying 'we' when describing accomplishments but I can see in her face that she knows and I know that she knows I know.
