My business partner handles all client communication because they're better at it but I've started noticing they promise things we can't deliver and then I'm the one who has to figure out how to make it work. When I bring it up they say I'm being too rigid and that's how you have to sell but I'm starting to resent being put in impossible positions without being consulted.
