When nonprofit co-directors have conflicting philosophies about client care

My co-director and I started this housing nonprofit with the same vision but we've developed completely different philosophies about client autonomy versus protection and it's affecting every program decision we make and neither of us wants to admit we might be fundamentally incompatible as leaders. We keep having the same circular arguments about case management approaches and I can feel our staff picking sides.
