When management teams become bureaucratic theater

My management team keeps having the same meeting where we identify problems and assign action items but nothing actually changes because everyone is too busy to follow through, and we've all started going through the motions while the real work happens in side conversations. We're smart people who care about the company but our process has become theater and I don't think anyone knows how to fix it without admitting we've been wasting each other's time.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Your team's meetings have become an empty ritual, and admitting it means admitting you have all been wasting each other's time.
