When pharmacy residents struggle to address concerning peer performance

My residency cohort has this pharmacist who consistently makes clinical recommendations that seem questionable to the rest of us but none of us feel comfortable speaking up because we're all still learning and maybe we're wrong. Our preceptors haven't noticed or aren't saying anything and I keep wondering if we have a responsibility to address this among ourselves or if that's not our place as residents.

More people experience this than they realize.
