When peer groups face unequal outcomes despite shared starting points

Our cohort started this MBA program as a tight group but halfway through some of us are clearly going to land in much better positions than others and the dynamic has shifted in ways no one acknowledges. The networking feels transactional now and I don't know if that's just reality or if we're losing something important.
