Our design team has two senior people who have very different taste and they've stopped collaborating on projects because they can't agree on direction and now junior designers are being forced to pick sides and everyone pretends this is about creative differences but it's really about ego. I'm the design director and I've been hoping it would resolve itself but it's getting worse.
More people experience this than they realize.
Two of your senior designers won't work together, and as their boss you keep hoping the feud fixes itself instead of stepping in.
