Scenario

When peer groups can't address their own dysfunction

Our executive cohort was supposed to be a safe space for peer mentoring but one member consistently dominates conversations and gives advice instead of being vulnerable, and the rest of us have started to disengage rather than address it. We're all conflict-avoidant leaders who can't figure out how to have a difficult conversation about our own group dynamics.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A group designed for mutual support is failing because they can't apply their leadership skills to their own collective challenge.
