Our executive team agreed six months ago to be more transparent with the rest of the company about challenges we're facing, but we keep having these meetings where we talk about transparency and then go back to saying everything is fine. I think we're all scared that honesty will create panic but the fake optimism is starting to feel worse than the problems would.
