How peer groups change when members achieve unequal success

Our leadership cohort from the accelerator program has been meeting monthly for two years but we've all achieved different levels of success and the dynamic has gotten weird - some people are clearly doing better than others and we've started having these polite surface-level conversations instead of the real talk that used to be valuable. I miss the honesty we used to have but I don't know how to address the elephant in the room.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Divergent outcomes have created an unspoken hierarchy that undermines the vulnerability and mutual aid the group was designed to provide.
