Our leadership cohort from the accelerator program was supposed to continue meeting quarterly to share challenges and advice, but after two years it's become a networking session where we all talk about our wins and exchange introductions. I miss having peers to discuss the actual difficulties of leadership with, but I don't know if anyone else feels the same way or if this evolution is what everyone wanted.
