Scenario

When executive peer groups prioritize image over honesty

Our leadership cohort from the CEO program meets monthly to discuss challenges but everyone shares the sanitized version of their problems and we never get into the messy human stuff that's actually keeping us up at night. We're all performing competence for each other instead of actually helping each other and I don't know how to break that pattern.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A group designed for mutual support has become a performance space where vulnerability feels too risky.
