When peer support groups become performance spaces

Our leadership cohort from the executive program meets monthly to support each other but it's turned into a performance where everyone shares carefully curated challenges that make them look thoughtful and vulnerable without actually being vulnerable. I want real help with real problems but I don't know how to break us out of this pattern without calling everyone out.
