How to rebalance participation in leadership groups

Our leadership cohort meets monthly to discuss company challenges but three of the five people dominate every conversation while the rest of us have learned to just listen and nod. The quiet people have good ideas but the dynamic has calcified into talkers and listeners, and I don't think the talkers even realize what's happening.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

You've developed an unspoken hierarchy based on personality rather than insight, and everyone is complicit in maintaining an ineffective dynamic.
