Our leadership cohort meets monthly to discuss strategy but we've turned into a group that just validates each other's existing plans rather than challenging each other's thinking. We're all smart people but we've created this dynamic where being supportive means not asking the hard questions and I think we're all getting worse at our jobs because of it.
