Our leadership team makes decisions in side conversations between two or three people and then presents them as unanimous choices in the full team meeting, and I've been part of these smaller discussions but I'm starting to realize how this excludes others and undermines trust. We're all complicit in this but I don't know how to change it without calling out the behavior I've also participated in.
